My role as Chair & Host of the 2025 UCDA Design Education Summit: Mindful was to write and promote the call for proposals based on the theme Mindful that I proposed and select keynote speakers in line with the theme. I designed an initial graphic style and logotype (pictured below) and worked with campus partners and UCDA to ensure a smooth conference among other administrative planning duties. The conference hosted 130+ attendees at UNC Charlotte.
The promotional video below was shown in Mesa, Arizona at the conclusion of the 2024 UCDA Design Education Summit: IMMERSE. I served as the 2024 Co-Chair. My role as Co-Chair was to form the peer review panel and oversee the review process.
